We endeavour to provide a beautiful, unique, handmade product to you.  Be that a bag, cuff, belt or case.  We honestly do our utmost to make our work of the highest quality and dealings of the highest integrity. Our aim in setting up Palmer And Sons is to deal with everyone; customers, suppliers, advertisers, editors etc. as fairly and honestly as possible. In 16 years we have had less than 1% returns due to displeasure or fault.  We advise any prospective customer to email us and chat about their needs or concerns prior to making a purchase.   We would hope to reach agreement with a customer by using just common sense and decency before the customer need delve into anything mentioned below.  So if you have any issues whatsoever prior, during, or after your purchase then please email us at once  nik@palmerandsons.ca

Orders

All orders are for made-to-order items.  Buyers will be notified of approximate shipping date vie email however the shipping date is typically between 2-8 weeks after the order is submitted for normal orders, and for orders with further customisation shipping will be agreed via email. 

Handmade

All items are handmade one at a time, as such materials, colors, finish, hardware etc may change, this is part of the pleasure of owning something handmade and unique rather than mass produced.  We as designers reserve the right to make changes to the designs as we see fit in order to enhance the design continually throughout it’s lifespan.  

Custom

Any item ordered with customisation, including but not limited to Bespoke work, non standard leather colors, additional belts or straps or handles, modification of dimensions, custom linings, customers name or initials, additional pockets, or any other customisation or any combination of the above is non refundable other than due to faulty construction or incorrect functionality.
