Returns Policy

If an item is faulty you must email info@palmerandsons.ca describing the fault and wait to receive confirmation of the return from us prior to returning the item. 

If within 15 days of receipt you are disappointed with your item then you are able to return the item for store credit or exchange only if the item is in unused condition with original packaging.

Do not accept shipped orders where the shipment packaging appears badly damaged, rather inform the shipper that the shipment looks to be damaged and refuse to accept it.  

Return items returned for reasons outlined above without prior email agreement from Palmer And Sons Designs will not be accepted. Returns should be shipped with tracking and receiver signature and only using USPS.
